The Living Bridge

The Living Bridge, which connects the 3Dcamp venue (Engineering Research Building) on the southern shore of the Shannon river with the Health Sciences Building on the North campus is, at 350 meters, the longest pedestrian bridge in Ireland. A spectacular feat of architecture and engineering it floats over the tree line and got its name by virtue of the fact that the deck moves as you walk along it.
