How to get here

You’re probably worried that you might get lost on campus on Saturday - it’s such a huge place!
If you check the Location page, you’ll find a Google map of the area.
This is a map of the campus:
There are 2 entrances, labelled 3 and 20. Signs for 3Dcamp will be placed at the roundabout indicating the direction. For those of you who are familiar with the campus, you have to follow the direction to the Foundation Building (the University Concert Hall)- no 10 on the map. Parking is available by the concert hall. The Engineering Research Building is no 11 on the map.

This is how the building looks like. We’ll open the doors on the ground floor for you if you’re coming from the parking - you’ll see the 3Dcamp logo on the windows. Don’t go up the stairs on the right of the building, come straight to the ground level!
For those of you driving from the Clare side, you can leave your car in the parking space by the new Health Sciences building and cross the Living Bridge on foot. When you reach the Limerick side, turn left, walk along the Engineering Research Building (on your right), access the building through the entrance on the right, and go down the stairs. We’ll place signs there as well, to make orientation less difficult. Here’s the aerial view on Microsoft’s Live Maps.
If you’re travelling by train or bus, you can either take a taxi from the Colbert Station, or walk into town and take the bus 308 or 308A from Williams Str.
By bus, ask the driver to drop you at the Stables.
By taxi, you can stop at the entrance of the Concert Hall and walk from there.
