A spectacular feat of architecture and engineering it floats over the tree line and got its name by virtue of the fact that the deck moves as you walk along it.

So here’s a link to the venue - the Engineering Research Building - which you’ll see is right next to the wonderful new pedestrian bridge that crosses the Shannon (as in snapshot at bottom left below). Now there’s no excuse for getting lost on your way!
